Recent personal work includes economic analysis modeling, spatial growth modeling, regional transportation issues, and community visioning. Technical Team leader for One Bay visioning effort. Supervisory position in charge of the preparation of the Strategic Regional Policy Plan for the Tampa Bay region as well as other projects. Primary author of Affordable Housing, Economic Development, and Transportation subject areas.

Principal Planner, City of Fort Myers, Florida
Supervisory position in charge of numerous projects including completion and maintenance of the City's Comprehensive Plan; neighborhood planning program; housing grants and programs (CHAS and SHIP); the City's Residential Street Improvement Program; and transportation and bicycle/pedestrian planning. Managed the production of numerous neighborhood plans including two redevelopment plans. Wrote grant and administered the City's HOPE 2 Planning Grant for the conversion of multi-family rental units to owner-occupancy. Involved various committees such as Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Technical Advisory Committee (chaired for three years). Maintained the Planning Department's computer mapping system. Organized neighborhood and community groups to generate consensus on future plans and improvements.

Involved in various comprehensive planning issues on the regional and local level. Authored various elements of the original Comprehensive Regional Policy Plan for West Florida including the economic and land use related policy elements. Worked on economic, land use and housing elements for local governments under contract with the Council. Managed the Small Quantity Generator Hazardous Waste program for the seven county region. Edited and produced quarterly newsletter.
Estabalished Economic Analysis Program at Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council in 1999. Managed for 18 years. The projects listed below represent a sampling of the various types of more than 400 economic impact analyses that we have been involved with during the past two decades.

In thirty plus years we have engaged stakeholders in just about every setting imaginable. From backyard socials to community rooms to capacity crowds in the grand ballroom.
Wynne was the technical team leader for ONE BAY: a shared regional visioning for the Tampa Bay region.
Wynne & Associates uses GRASS and QGIS open platform geographic information system software to meet mapping and data processing needs. These programs are compatible with ArcGIS.
We utilize Inkscape open source software that is compatible with Adobe.
